CAPABILITIES

Pharmaceutical Flooring Solutions

🧪

Chemical-Resistant Resinous Systems

We install 100% solids epoxy, polyurethane, and urethane cement systems rated for resistance to acids, bases, solvents, and pharmaceutical compounds. Every system is specified to your facility's chemical exposure profile.

🏥

FDA & GMP Compliant

Our seamless, non-porous flooring systems meet FDA, cGMP, and ISO 14644 cleanroom standards. No grout lines, no seams, no harboring points for bacteria or contaminants.

Thermal Shock Resistance

Urethane cement mortar systems withstand thermal cycling from -40°F to 250°F — critical for pharmaceutical wash-down areas, autoclave rooms, and process areas with steam cleaning.

💎

Antimicrobial Flooring

We incorporate antimicrobial additives into our resinous systems for controlled environments. Combined with seamless installation, this provides the highest level of contamination control.

📍

Electrostatic Dissipative (ESD)

For sensitive manufacturing areas, we install ESD flooring systems that safely dissipate static charges — critical for pharmaceutical packaging, electronics, and explosive atmospheres.

OUR PROCESS

Pharmaceutical Flooring Installation Process

01

Facility Assessment & Specification

We conduct a thorough assessment of your facility including chemical exposure profiles, traffic patterns, clean room classifications, and regulatory requirements to specify the correct system.

02

Surface Preparation

Diamond grinding or shot blasting to achieve the required surface profile (CSP 3-5). All cracks, joints, and imperfections are repaired with compatible materials.

03

Moisture Vapor Testing

ASTM F2170 relative humidity testing and calcium chloride testing to ensure moisture levels are within acceptable limits for the specified system.

04

Primer & Moisture Barrier

Epoxy primer is applied to seal the substrate. If moisture levels are elevated, a moisture vapor barrier is installed before the flooring system.

05

Flooring System Installation

The specified resinous system is installed by our trained crews following manufacturer specifications. Cove base is installed at wall-to-floor transitions for seamless containment.

06

Quality Assurance & Documentation

Final inspection, adhesion testing, thickness verification, and complete documentation package including material certifications, batch numbers, and installation records.
