Laborer
Entry to mid-level. Grinding, coating application, surface prep. Will train the right person.
$20–$28/hr
Sales
Sell flooring systems to commercial and residential clients. Must be driven and personable.
Commission + Base
Lead Foreman
Run crews, manage job sites, ensure quality. Must have flooring or construction experience.
$28–$35/hr
