How It Works
Assessment & Design Consultation
We assess your pool deck condition, discuss coating options, and review color and texture samples.
Surface Preparation
The pool deck is pressure-washed, degreased, and mechanically prepared. Cracks and spalls are repaired before coating application.
Crack & Expansion Joint Repair
All cracks and expansion joints are addressed. We use flexible sealants for expansion joints to allow for movement.
Primer Application
A bonding primer is applied to ensure maximum adhesion between the existing concrete and the new coating system.
Overlay or Base Coat Application
The decorative overlay or epoxy base coat is applied and textured to the specified finish. Anti-slip aggregate is broadcast at this stage.
UV-Stable Topcoat
An aliphatic polyaspartic or polyurethane topcoat is applied to seal and protect the system. UV-stable, chemical-resistant, and fast-curing.
